Facts, Figures and Governance - Making the Connection
Facts, Figures and Governance - Making the Connection
Presented by Ray Cronin, CEO and Russ Conde, COO
Club Benchmarking
On any given day, there are more than 30,000 people actively engaged in private club governance in the United States. A private club Board is intended to function as a source of stability and strategic direction, yet many clubs experience periods where dysfunction prevails and the board gets lost in tactical ineffectual leadership. Governance is a science that can be learned, communicated, and applied consistently in your own boardroom. The two primary goals of this session are to stimulate new views of effective club governance and to communicate a fact-based framework for unified leadership.
This is a worthwhile session to invite your club presidents, treasurers and board members
