A Club & Resort Business Design & Renovations Insights Workshop,

This one-day workshop will provide full details, including a complete
tour, behind the master planning, member approval, financing and
construction processes for a five-year, three-phase project that has
been undertaken to yield these improvements for the 114-year-old Canoe Brook Country Club:
Creation of a new 1901 Lounge as the primary member bar and casual-dining destination.
Elimination of a multi-level clubhouse entry, to create separate member and ballroom
entrances.
Creation of a new ballroom with increased capacity.
Reallocation of clubhouse space to add a new golf shop and dramatically expand and
refresh areas for family, formal and private dining.
(Pending member approval as Phase 3) Rebuilding of the pool house to include a snack
bar, member bar, indoor/outdoor dining, changing rooms and a complete fitness center.
This workshop is a must for all club managers, Board and committee members
who are currently involved with, or anticipating, clubhouse and facility
improvement projects and pursuit of master-planning initiatives.
Registration for the workshop is $125 per person,
Includes breakfast, lunch and a cocktail reception from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm
Attendance will qualify for 6 CMAA CMI education credits.
