Dear Members and Friends of NJCMA:

The New Jersey Club Managers Association cordially invites you to participate in the 2016 New Jersey Club Foundation Golf Tournament on Monday, August 22, 2016 at the world renowned Canoe Brook Country Club located in Summit, NJ.  General Manager, Albert Costantini, CCM, CCE and his entire staff have been working diligently in conjunction with our tournament committee to provide all attendees with an unforgettable day of golf, camaraderie, fellowship, and stellar food, beverage and service indicative of Canoe Brook Country Club.  This is a rare opportunity for you to seize the opportunity to experience Canoe Brook Country Club while supporting the New Jersey Club Foundation.  It is only through your generosity and participation that we are able to continue our passion to help those in need.

Proceeds from this year's tournament will support:

Advancing Opportunities-

A leader among New Jersey’s disability service providers, Advancing Opportunities, Inc. has been offering supports to people with all types of disabilities and their families since 1950.  The organization traces its roots to the parent advocates who created the United Cerebral Palsy Association of New Jersey.  In the 66 years since its inception, the agency has been delivering person-centered services in community settings to help people with disabilities live as independently as they are able at home, school, work and play.  The agency provides residential supports, from occasional supervision to care 24 hours a day.  Employment services help men and women progress along their career paths.  Individual and family supports give respite to caregivers and inclusive recreational and learning opportunities to people of all ages.  The assistive technology team helps people find and learn to use the tools and devices that will help them reach their goals.  Advocates ensure the rights of individuals with disabilities are upheld.

Children’s Hospital of New Jersey at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center: Children's Hospital of New Jersey at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center is a premier hospital caring for children, with specialized services to treat ill and injured children from newborn to adolescent years as well as preventive programs that promote wellness in the community. Children's Hospital of New Jersey is an affiliate of Barnabas Health, the largest integrated health care delivery system in the state. As a hospital devoted only to children, Children's Hospital of New Jersey recognizes that the special needs of children and their families extend far beyond clinical interventions. The facility provides an atmosphere of caring and warmth that complements the extraordinary medical care that is delivered by medical and surgical specialists who are all dedicated exclusively to children's health.

NJ Golf Foundation:  The New Jersey Golf Foundation (NJGF) is a 501c3 and the charitable arm of the New Jersey Section of the PGA of America (NJPGA). The Mission of the NJGF is to positively impact lives and communities through the game of golf. Since 2004, the NJGF has raised over $3 million for its vast array of dynamic programs and events where individuals of all ages and backgrounds, including youth, military, and those with physical and intellectual disabilities have an opportunity to experience the game of golf in a welcoming environment. The Foundation also implements dozens of programs and services that reach avid golfers, both male and female, from the youth level through advanced players, while leveraging the power of the game of golf and the PGA Brand to support youth development initiatives in education, health & wellness.

This prestigious tournament will be limited to the first 240 players that sign up to play on one of the two magnificent golf courses at Canoe Brook Country Club. The tournament will be open to our members and Corporate Partners prior to July 15th. It will be open to our club suppliers, PGA, GCSAA, HFTP, Metropolitan Chapter, Philadelphia Chapter, and NYC Chapter as well as our many corporate allies and friends after July 15th. Our target audience is vast and this tournament will sell out quickly. Therefore I urge you to sign up today and come enjoy an experience unlike any other. I look forward to seeing you there!
