Many clubs have multiple membership categories: golf, tennis, house, pool, social, winter, weekday and senior to name a few. Learn how to use the important metric of dues equivalents to track the health of your club and critical to the budgeting process. We will examine this metric and other relevant KPI's that are essential for managing club finances.
