When it comes to private clubs and the communities in which they are located, Henry DeLozier may be a category of one.
Drawing on a career arc that took him from the role of golf professional to club manager to resort manager to managing a portfolio of 30-some private clubs, Henry has deep roots in lifestyle communities having been a part of developing lifestyle communities in 23 states across the country. He knows housing, lifestyle, and club trends having worked nine years for America's largest homebuilding company.
A 'go to' resource on matters of private club and residential investment and development, Henry is often called upon for comment on social and economic trends concerning private clubs. He serves as an expert source for Bloomberg News, Business Week, CNBC-Squawk Box, the Financial Times of London, the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, and the Washington Post.
He is a graduate of Oklahoma State University (BA - English) where he was an All-America golfer.

He is a regular participant at regional and national club conferences and education sessions, both as an attendee and contributor.
Peter's focus is advising clubs on the content, schedule and process of facility master planning. He specializes in member focus groups involving committees, boards and member master plan presentation with the end goal to gain member approval.
