NJ Club Chefs Roundtable

To all Chapter Members and Club Chefs:

Join us for an impromptu discussion on the newly formed NJCMA Club Chefs. This hour long discussion will be lead by founding member, Chef Ryan Foo CEC of Upper Montclair Country Club. We are honored to have Andrew Ladd, President of the Club Chefs of Westchester joining us. The discussion will be lively and informative covering many topics with particular focus on the following: 

• Introduction to and more about The NJ Club Chefs genesis and mission
• Why is there a need for a NJ Club Chefs organization?
• Discussion of member expectations, shared resources and best practices
• Create an initial priority list of what's important to club chefs
• Topics for future meetings, in-person and Zoom education sessions
